Stock Information

• In order to provide our customers with the freshest stock for many brands we offer a "Just In Time" stock rotation. This means that items with the following product codes may have slight delays
• Product codes starting BPT - Items with this product code are ordered on a Monday AM and shipped on a Tuesday - Therefore orders placed later in the week will take longer to fulfil than those placed over the weekend or early Monday morning
• Product codes starting DUN - These should be ordered by lunch time for next day dispatch
• Akela, Country Kibble and Eden are our best selling lines and we usually carry lots of stock ready to ship for these brands
• Items with *SALE* are in stock and ready to ship
• Other items can vary and some are dispatched straight from the supplier to save on postage. If you have any specific questions please email with the product code
• If we know an item is not available from our supplier we remove the option to order it

• Backorders - these are items that are not immediately available but that we anticipate we can get in the near future. We recommend chatting to us before ordering anything with backorder status - more information on backorders is available here

Delivery Information

• Delivery estimates quoted are from point of dispatch, are not guaranteed and are in working days (i.e. excluding bank holidays and weekends)
• We aim to dispatch orders received within the timeframe stated on the product page(s) - see above for more information
• If your parcel is delayed in transit we will chase the carrier as best we can but unfortunately any such delays are out of our hands and delivery costs will not be refunded
• We deliver worldwide, excluding customs restrictions, please add products to your basket to obtain a delivery quote
• Exceptions - We cannot ship foods, treats, meds or supplements outside of Europe or aerosol products outside of the UK
